We are not a real estate broker or agent. We connect you with independent local buyers and agents who may pay us a fee. No obligation.

Home Options MA is operated by Roviq. We are not a real estate broker, salesperson, appraiser, lender, attorney or housing counselor. We do not buy houses, list houses or negotiate for anyone. We give no appraisal, valuation, legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy your house.

How we are paid

Independent local real estate investors and licensed real estate agents may pay us a flat fee when we introduce a homeowner who asked to be contacted. The fee does not depend on whether you sell, or on the price. Homeowners are never charged by us.

JUNKRUN

JUNKRUN is owned by the same people as Home Options MA. If you choose a cleanout, we may earn money from it. No obligation to use it. JUNKRUN is an estate cleanout and junk removal company. If you hire it, you pay JUNKRUN directly for the cleanout, and we may earn money from that job. We link to it on this site where a cleanout may help get a house ready. What we do with your details

When you submit the form we store what you entered, the time, the page you were on, your IP address and browser details, and the exact consent wording you saw. We share the property details and your contact details with independent local investors and licensed agents who may contact you. We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to delete your details by emailing the address below.

Calls and texts may be sent from automated systems if you ticked the consent box. Consent is not a condition of getting anything from us. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

How we measure this site

We test two page designs to learn which is easier to use. A first-party cookie remembers which design you saw (and a random visitor number, with no name or contact detail in it) for up to a year. We count page views, clicks on our buttons, and how far through the form people get, with the page address, the website you came from, a coarse device type (phone, tablet or desktop) and the time. We do not store your IP address for this, and we use no advertising or third-party trackers. Both designs carry the same facts and the same disclosures.

Foreclosure and distress

We cannot stop a foreclosure or negotiate with your lender. For free help, see HUD-approved housing counselors, the HOPE Hotline (888-995-4673), and Mass.gov's guidance on avoiding foreclosure. Never pay upfront fees to anyone promising to save your home.

Fair housing

We serve all homeowners without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, disability, age, marital status, ancestry, source of income or any other status protected by federal or Massachusetts law. Figures on this site (discounts, commissions, costs) are labelled estimates from the public sources we cite. They are illustrations, not offers or values.
